Dr. Irina Williams, MD, MHA, is a fellowship-trained, board-certified pain medicine physician and anesthesiologist with extensive experience in interventional pain management and medical-legal evaluation. She maintains an active clinical practice across multiple healthcare systems, where she treats a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions, including spine-related disorders, neuropathic pain, and post-traumatic injuries.

Dr. Williams completed fellowship training in pain medicine following residency in anesthesiology. Her advanced procedural expertise includes fluoroscopy-guided spinal injections, radiofrequency ablation, peripheral nerve blocks, and comprehensive pain management strategies. Her ongoing clinical work ensures her medical opinions are grounded in current standards of care and evidence-based practice.

In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Williams serves as a California Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), providing objective and comprehensive evaluations for workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. She performs detailed medical record reviews, conducts in-person evaluations, and prepares clear, defensible medical-legal reports.
